Gluten Free Vegan Waffles 

The gluten-free flour I used for this recipe was the 'ARROWHEAD MILLS Organic Heritage Blend All Purpose Flour Gluten Free'. I found it on sale at wholefoods for about 4 dollars. This was probably the best gluten free flour mix I have tried up to date. Great texture, great wholegrain aroma, and great price!

Ingredients 

1c Gluten-free Flour Blend

3/4c Vanilla Almond Milk

1/3c Sugar

2T Vegan Butter

1t Baking Powder

1/8T Sea Salt

Equipment 


-Waffle Iron 

-Medium Mixing Bowl 

-Whisk

-Measuring Cups

-Measuring Spoons

-Serving Plate



Preheat waffle iron. Mix butter and sugar with spatula first to prevent clumps of butter in the batter. Whisk in milk and flour simultaneously and salt. Add baking powder last and mix until combined. Spray waffle iron with non-stick spray add batter to desired size of waffle, close and cook.  Serve.
