Gluten Free Buckwheat Rolls

Prep/Bake Time 60 minutes

Makes 2 Medium Sandwich Rolls

Ingredients

1-1/4c Water
1-1/4c Buckwheat Flour
2t Everything Seasoning
2t Olive Oil
1t Yeast
1t Baking Powder
1/2t Sea Salt


First, form your bread molds out of the aluminum foil and place on top of a non-stick baking tray/pan. Set aside.

Whisk all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl until well combined. Pour the thick batter into desired-size aluminum foil molds. Set aside and allow the batter to double in size (the yeast will do the work). Preheat oven to 365F.

Once the rolls have doubled in size place in the oven to bake for approximately 25-30 minutes un-interrupted. Do not over-bake or the rolls will become crumbly. Do not under-bake or the middle of the rolls will be pasty instead of light and fluffy.

Allow the bread rolls to cool to room temperature before slicing.
