3/4c Mock Seafood (chopped)
1/4c Red Onion (small dice)
3T Grapefruit ( fresh squeezed)
1-1/2 t Jalapeno (mince/small dice)
1T Cilantro (chopped)
3T Lime Juice (fresh squeezed)
1/3 Orange Juice (fresh squeezed)
1/8- 1/4t Sea Salt
-Chef’s Knife
-Cutting Board
-Kitchen Towel
-Mixing Bowl
-Tasting Spoon
-Serving Dish
In a medium bowl, mix together all Ingredients. Taste to adjust flavor. Store in the refrigerator overnight for the best flavor and texture results. Serve
